Chaos Is

Chaos is red
Red tears, red drugs
Red violence and raping;
Fear.
The kind you can taste
The real kind, not irrational, not fake
Every second, not knowing
The betrayer from the savior
Brutal
Quick
Rage.

Stagnation is brown
Brown disease, brown hunger
Brown houses and mold
But persons become people
In that gloomy, lonely world.

In chaos we die alone
We die in numbers
We die for no cause;
In stagnation
We die at home
We die for each other
We die as lovers

In a world of no hope
How could we ever side
With the fast nightmare?
I will take love.

In pictures of the people of the Great Depression, there are always families. Sad, broken, but together.
In chaos there are streets filled with empty, ravaged souls, all very, very alone.

    I remember when you showed me this--I loved it right away. It's honest, to the point, and beautiful. You convinced me. My favorite part is
    "In chaos we die alone
    We die in numbers
    We die for no cause;
    In stagnation
    We die at home
    We die for each other
    We die as lovers"
    Good luck babe

    Good Job

    Great job! Thanks for choosing stagnation, I cannot imagine living in a world filled with anymore chaos then there already is! Good job!
