Einstein..when I say it you probably think Albert
Or maybe even the smartest man to live.
But I think something totally different.
For I think of a bright green tree frog
Einstein is the name of my White's Tree Frog
He is called that because he has a big head
I knew he was meant for me when he jumped on my shoulder
I am so in love with him I don't know what I would do with out him
He lives in a ten gallon tank on my television stand
He loves crickets and his little brown water dish.
His favorite spot is on my right shoulder
He also likes to pee on me, but I get use to it.
I thought I was going to lose him the other day
I found out that my tap water has chlorine in it
It caused him to have sore on his leg
But I am aiding him to health
Einstein...I think of the smartest frog on the planet
But people look at me like I am crazy.
They say never get a boyfriend's name tattoo on you
But no one ever said not to get your frog's name!!

I recently bought a White's Tree Frog from the local pet store. He is the coolest pet ever...I do plan on getting his name tattooed under the tattoo of the similar tree frog I am getting done.

I have never had a frog myself, but i do have a cat and dog that I love very much. Overall, a good poem. Keep it up.

I've had tree frogs, many of them.. That "pee" isn't actually urine.. It is water that is stored in a special "sack" in their cloaca(yes, I said cloaca), so if they ever run out of water they can relay on that for a short period of time.. Interesting fact, most frogs drink through their cloaca, rather than skin or mouth!
Good poem though, I too have written a poem about my "herp(reptile and amphibian) friends".. -

Never had a tree frog, saw some in Florida on vacation, they are so cute! The one I saw was tiny and green with red eyes, and he would blink funny. Great job on your poem, it is so cute, I bet so is the frog! Great job, good contest too!
