Her life was a mess
Many tears she had cryed
He never had noticed
The times she had tried
She needed to show
Just how she felt
So she started to write
For only herself
She wrote down her thoughts
All that she knew
All things she hated
All that was true
How could she stop him
From kidding around
He wouldn't help her
No love to be found
She knew she was stupid
And that he would laugh
Why couldn't she stop
Experiences in the past
Tears that flooded
Dripping away
No more than her love
Thrown away
How could he hate
What he could forgive
All that he knew
Was know how to live
He was too proud
The hammer in her heart
She shouldn't have started
He was growing apart
What could she do?
He hated her for it
It wasn't her fault
It could have been
Was it?
His regression towards her
Made her feel dead
Her parents they thought
She was wrong in the head
Why did she love?
Why did she cut?
Only she knew
Her heart had been struck
Tears that flooded
Dripping away
No more than her love
Thrown away...
