I really like the way it trailed off......suggesting endless
waiting...endless longing. I hope the reward for your patient wait will be everything you're longing for.
    Peace and joy Tara

I got a note from someone by email recently suggesting that one word couldn't be a poem. I disagreed, and thought of "doom"... just the round sound tolling the end. Waiting works as well. It extends outward, suggesting and calling for reply.
