God's Glorious Wonders

GOD'S GLORIOUS WONDERS

Lord you have lifted my life into glory
GIven happiness I never knew before
When you called me home to your family
I could not wait to open up your door

Your love is sweeter then bee's honey
Stronger then the strongest steel
I have never felt such glory or wonder
Words can not express how I feel

I will follow you until my life is over
Your love will shine within me everyday
Every night I will get down on my knees
I will abide with everything you say

Tell me Lord that I am truly worthy
To behold all of your wondrous love
Let me feel your power and your  glory,
As you reach down your arms from above

I know I will be seeing you up in Heaven
Lord you will be waiting to welcome me
Thank you Lord for happiness before me
As I spend my life with you in eternity

    VERY VERY GOOD

    Beautifully said. Very good rhyme also. You do write some very special poetry and I am sure you are an inspiration to all those who read it. Sadly so many poems are posted that one does not get time to read all of them. I am sure that many good poems get overlooked because of this. I just feel pleased if one of mine is on long enough to get a comment. I am egotistic enough to feel pleased when someone may like what I have written. Your work is above excellent and very uplifting. There are times I get a little tired of hearing broken romances as there seem to be so many. Love all your work.
