Leave my comment box alone

Before you delete me, read what I write
A contest for idiots just isn't right.
By asking for -laugh the night away- on MY page.
You make me want to rant and rage.
A request like that is an insult to me.
Leave it out is my fervent plea.
And if you think I've not read each rule.
Have another think because I'm no fool.

Author notes

Some of the contest rules make we want to *LAUGH*. Are *THE* organisers serious. It is a *NIGHT*mare having to use all these silly words. We should do *AWAY* with adding comments.

Actually, it's not funny at all, but sadly true. All those people who DEMAND that you put such and such in the comments box are a pain in the neck. I really resent it and dislike it exceedlingly.

    Good job.

Insult to who Malabu? We've never communicated. If you read the comments above yours you will see that Babylah is more than happy with what was written.

Umm as I read this I felt words of possible insult I hope it was not the way I read it. I happen to think this was a lovely idea and out of the norm. Im a serious guy. but also a very funny guy. A little humor from all the serious writing we do would only help lift our spirits.

It was just a gentle dig at some of the really silly stuff that a lot of competition hosts want in the author comments.
You said you were fed up with long poems and wanted a giggle. I noticed your name had 8 letters...
If I offended you I apologise, sincerely.
If you really don't like it -- it's your competition so you can remove it.
BTW did you read the author's comment as well. That took longer than the poem.
