To not hear your voice, see your smile,
listen to your words of love to me,
I know my heart would break my love.
We made a pact if you go, I go too
this promise we made still stands.
Our love has survived many ordeals,
been together through the hard times.
You know the love I have for you is true
nothing can compare with the way I feel.
My darling I love to be by your side
to feel your arms wrapped around me.
To know your kisses, the feel of you
the way your touch makes me tingle,
heaven is when I see the love in your eyes
the gentle way you caress my face.
softly whisper the words I want to hear.
We'll be together 'til the end of time,
to touch your dear face is sheer bliss,
it's a moment in time that will remain
with me forever.

You had this lifelong romantic with the opening line:
/If tomorrow came without you in my life/
To the melancholic romantic that is pure catnip! And you follow that up with some gentle, tingly verse of the love of your life. I liked many of them but perhaps "the gentle way you caress my face" most of all!
