Like The Fowls Among The Branches

When I'm passing through the valley
And with weeping tears I've cried,
Fill my well with rain from Heaven
So the pools flow deep and wide.

Like the fowls among the branches
In the valley by the spring,
Let me notice Heaven's glory-
Let me lift my voice and sing.

Author notes

Acts 14:17~
Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

Psalm 84:5-6~
(5)Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.
(6)Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

Psalm 104:10-12~
(10)He sendeth springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
(11)They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
(12)By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

That's the real test for someone seeking God. Can they still praise and worship Him when in a drought? Can we still say He is good? Blessed be the Name?

Well expressed. Thanks for the exhortation!
