A picnic as the moonlight beckons
eating melon balls from your fingertips
tasting like the fruit of the Gods
I'm tempted by your moistened lips
As we search through our desires
fruitful visions of wanting you, take hold
the juice from the melon balls excites me
a night of passion is about to unfold
The sweetness conjures up fantasy
the taste of the fruit upon your lips
sends my mind into a wild frenzy
searching for more and more sweet sips
Left wanting more and more of the melon
juices roll slowly from my lips to my chin
as you quench your thirst in my bosom
waiting for the passion of the fruit to begin

Thank you for the wonderful comment Michael. Just had to go in my memory bank to remember my youthful pleasures. As the song says. "Memories in the corners of my mind." I always draw on my lifes experiences for my poetry.

Such a great little dose of passion in this one. If I could only find the magic potion to get my man to sculpt melon balls for me, I think I could bottle that up and sell it for the millions of other women that wish for the same sort of masculine seduction.
