I once built a model of a German sub
with the idea of trying it in the hot tub.
It was motorized with battery power.
The box said it would run for hours.
I put it together with the utmost concern.
I sealed it up tight from bow to stern
I lubed up the gland seal with vaseline
and painted it up until it looked mean.
I put compressed air into the ballast tanks,
so YOU tell ME why the bloody thing sank!
