I'll tell a tale, a magic tale, about a little boy.
This boy, he was no average boy, for he was always young.
He lived in a magic land located in the sky.
Oh yes! This little boy, well, he had learned to fly.
'Second star on the right' was Never Never Land.
This was such a splendid place with magic all around.
There were lost boys, and pirates and mean Ole' Captain Hook.
He had a hook for a hand, and a mean and scary look.
Now I need to mention this little boy's best friend.
She was an itsy, bitsy soul, and she loved to play pretend.
This little, bitty, tiny girl, was beautiful and caring.
This tiny slip of a girl, was Tinkerbell the Fairy.
Now, this boy is happy, to stay a little boy.
He thinks fighting pirates is such a wondrous joy.
He never has to go to work, he always stays up late.
Oh wouldn't it be a joyful thing to have such a wondrous fate.
You must listen to me now, and listen to me good.
For there's a secret I must tell, and make sure it's understood.
If you can think a happy thought, and yes, I know you can.
You can fly through the air, just like Peter Pan!

My friend, you have a wonderful flow, and a cute rhyme for this delightful piece which provides the perfect vehicle for the delivery of your child's tale. I loved it from beginning to end. Good Job!

Thank You so much for your lovely comment. I had the same problem with my son last year with his Spiderman costume although I did not make that one. But he loved it!! He wanted to wear it all the time!!

I love the image. This made me smile. My oldest son dressed up like Peter Pan one Halloween. I very carefully made his costume and it turned out just perfect. So perfect in fact that he didn't want to take it off. After three days, we finally had to insist! This brought back some lovely memories for me. Thank you.
