Ray of Sunshine

I had no hope for living,
I wanted something to take away this awful feeling,
I was sick of feeling like i wanted to die,
I wanted something good to come into my life.

So, one day i was sitting down,
and i was looking around for something...special,
and then I saw you,
and right then I knew,
you were my Ray of Sunshine,
'cause the next thing i knew
there was a smile on my face,
'cause i thought of your warm embrace.
