Bubble gum kisses
and sweet dreams
fill the air
as I see you smile my friend
why?
simply because you can
it matters not with the warmth you hold
in friendship
somehow you've made memories that matter
and touched places with my heart
kept what needs to be kept
in that special niche
if you could see through my eyes
those places special
in their own way
held in private realms where acceptance is found
treasures rich
where bonds are found
and in time memories
that are worth their weight in gold
simply by me knowing you
