In drops of silver rainbows
And dew of frosty nights,
The moon, it often whispers
To night of darkened lights.
You be the night of endless gems,
And I, the moon above.
You be the dew-kissed rose,
And I, the roosting dove.
In songs of softened glory
And dreams of earthen plights,
The sun will sometimes hearten
Each the common blights.
You be the sky of boundless blue,
And I, the sun, untempered.
You be the shadowed angel,
And I, your friend, remembered.

Thanx
Rose and I get along so well because we post a lot together and trade writes and all that.
She's my collaborating partner on...five?...different groups pages...shrug If you find someone like that...it's a little hard not to get along. Besides, Rose is an awesome person. You should so chat with her, she can prove it!

Vey nice. You two seem to go together so well sometimes. Kinda makes me jealous at time. Oh well. Cute poem. Keep up the good work.

Aw, this is lovely, sissy. I have a feeling our conversation inspired this just a little!
It's really beautiful though. One of my favorites.
