It’s the body of thunder
Whose prayerful arms
dance in Allah’s breath;
It covets nothing
but a piece of land
onto which its clawing
mammoth feet fearlessly
Cling. In godly stance
It guards our
Little world.

First off, YOU HAVE BEEN HOODWINKED!!! Just wanted to get that off my chest!! This poem was excellent and the picture added that little bit of something that pushed it over the edge for me. Excellent job. I have a tree like that next to my house and we thought it was dead, but come to find out it's pretty much healthy as a horse!

thunder is a god that walks the earth here
This was alegoric and picturesque, of thunder in its embodiment,
as it walks with big feet , coveting a place onearth as it resounds, imagery here colorful. this was new to me
its uniqueness and modernity is refreshing . -
This is sweet and simple with a lot of meaning! Its amazing! ~ You DID do an amazing job! keep up the good work

Good
This was a powerful poem, scrutinous in its examining of nature. I was always taught lightning came from the ground up! But this poem taught me otherwise. Great images, once again very powerful. -
embarrassed a bit Yes. I did the sketch--it's not finished yet. I'm a beginner. Thank you!

Interesting format, I must say. I like how you described the tree, you made it much more than just a tree, you made a wonderous creation of God that we must cherish. It really made me think...it is really a wonderful piece.

Facinating. To draw this praise from that simple sketch, how far out. I am glad to see something with an Islamic flair. I truly love the spiritual writings of the Sufi. nice work here. -
Absolutely lovely. Created an exquisite place for the reader to explore, thank you for enabling me to read such a beautiful piece of poetry.
