Love is like bullets in the skin,
It hurts at first,
And then again,
Your hurt turns to numbness,
Like bullets in the skin,
All turns velvet red,
As the blood sprays out from your heart,
And it all ends,
The bullets hit dead point center,
My heart explodes,
I give it to you,
My love to do as you choose,
My heart is fragile,
And is shatterable,
So please keep it safe,
And please don't hurt it again,
Because your hurt feels like,
Bullets in the skin.

This is an excellent poem, being perfectly descriptive of how fragile and tender love is, and how with a quick action, bring it from one of the best feelings on earth to one of the most gut-wrenching pain, unequivocable loss, and the most extreme epitomies of sadness.
It could've been better, in that you could've used a little more symbolism that just bullet pain, perhaps a descriptive metaphor or two when referring to the bullets, but otherwise, this Jester gives the thumbs up on this one.
