Roman 8 : 1-17 ( Life Through The Spirit)

There is no condemnation of those who accept Christ
through Christ you are set free of death and sin too
God's laws are sometimes weakened by sinful nature
and by the ungodly things that we all may do

God sent His own son in the likeness of sinful man
sending Him to be a sin offering and condemn man's sin
so the requirements of God's law could be fully met in those
that do not live in sin but live according to the Spirit within

Those living in sin have their minds on sinful desire
living according to the spirit keeps your mind righteous
the mind of a sinful man shall always be death
the mind controlled by God is life and peace so glorious

Sinner's are hostile to God and can not submit to God's law
those controlled by a sinful mind never please the Lord
you however are controlled  by the Holy Spirit within you
without that spirit, with Christ you will not be in accord

Your spirit is alive because of righteousness
if Christ is in you,  your body is dead because of sin
the spirit is living in you, who raised Jesus from the dead
your mortal bodies are given life thought the spirit within

Therefore my brothers we all have an obligation
for if you live your life in sin you shall die
but if you put to death the misdeeds of the body
you shall live for you are the sons of God  almighty

You did not receive a spirit that you must fear
but a spirit of son-ship, "Abba, Father" we cry
we as God's children are heirs and co heirs of Christ
sharing His sufferings and His glory, we shall never die
