Is this where it is?

Compared and contrasted
And always found the lesser
Picked and prodded
But just not qualified

Robbed of a passion
And forced to sit on the sidelines
Witnessing a love lost
While the world keeps on playing

Still left to wonder
Answers never come
Outsiders never help
And the other half is equally lost

striving
      failing

watching
        wishing

pondering
       failing

What is this more than sixteen year old  b u l l s h i t?

loved the 16 year old bullshit, very original and i would like to point out that it doesnt kill the poem at all, as many would think, amazing feat

hey this is great amanda, well sad, but great. Through your use of repetition I found the meaning of this poem to me, although it may mean something different to you. Even though this poem is short it got to the point. Your poems are also very.. visually pleasing, they always send my eyes scanning over the whole screen. See you can always make something happy out of a sad situation. there's always something! Great job on expressing your emotions, ecspecially when they hard to express

awww...amanda this is sad! you are an amazing person, not lesser than anyone else i wish you didn't feel that way i hope that whoever doesn't see that now does someday on a more critical note...i loved this poem as a poem though it's sad, it was written well. i'm sure there's some more symbolism in it than what i found (because its almost 12:30 in the morning ) haha well, i love j00! i miss reading your poetry... now that it's summer i'll be able to again keep on writing...i love it
