My son you have asked for forgiveness
you talked to God on bended knees
then cried out the name of Jesus Christ
and asked Him, take these burdens please
God came and lifted all your heartache
he took all the pain from your heart
you no longer are weighted down with guilt
now you have allowed the healing to start
God makes all things possible, you see
the moment you accepted all God's love
asking for forgiveness for the hurt you caused
was granted by God's powers from above
Now that you have been forgiven by God
and you forgive yourself for all you've done
I can only hope those you hurt can forgive
keep praying for their forgiveness my son
My dear AP daughter I can feel your pain
please release it to God and let it go free
I am sorry for the pain you have gone through
we all want you to remain in our AP family
God teaches us many lessons in our lives
some continually get hurt over and over again
each time we must forgive those who hurt us
God grants forgiveness to all women and men
I can only tell you what is in my heart my dear
I love you and I feel the pain in your heart
though you may never feel the same about me
please forgive him and let your healing start
Do not let anger or sorrow fill your beautiful soul
for you are so beautiful outside and within
I know in my heart he is truly sorry he hurt you
I hope God allows the healing of your heart to begin

I wrote this because two people I love have been hurt. I love you Charles as my own son. I saw the torment you went through because you hurt someone that loved you. I can only imagine how hurt she felt. I know she was devastated. And it hurt me to have her think I did not care how she felt. Niki I know how it tore you up. I know whenever someone we love leaves our lives through death or because they just leave, it seems like life is unfair and we want to lash out in anger at those who hurt us and for what we do not understand. If I hurt you Niki, I am so sorry. I know I should have done more to comfort you. My bond as a mom to Charles is there between us so my heart at first went to him. I was upset myself because of all this. So if I did anything wrong I am truly sorry and ask you to forgive me also. I will understand if you choose not to be my AP daughter. I will always respect what you decide . I want you to stay and so do all your AP brothers ansd sisters. Charles you know I will always love you as a son. And Niki, the most important thing of all is to keep God in your heart and know He loves you and is always there for you. I love you, and may God keep blessing you.

The pain of lost love is deeply rooted, but time does heal. It is better that things end before marriage or a child is envolved. I for one know first hand of such pain, and though it took several years...it does get better.
This was a loving piece here Sandy, and I hope your love is heeded. You are a dear friend to them both..to all of us. I will pray for you as well, for I know the hurt a mom feels when her children are hurting...

Wow. I usually dislike religious themed poems but this was nice. I actually put one down the other day because it forced ideas upon the readers and was very disdainful almost but this, this was nicer in a more well-rounded manner so that even non-religious people can read it.
