Abbey Blossoms

Missing image
unremembered acts
of kindness and love rain down
my spirit blossoms

A little senyru imspired by my most favorite poet.

I do so want to see this scene in person.

    Dynamicly special

This Abbey and so many acts of kindness (of which you speak of) where started by my ancestor " Joseph of Arimathea," a relative of "Christ our Lord..." One of my many interest is that of genealogy; and a dear sister-in-Christ has helped me trace many of my “biblical and royal ancestors” back to "Adam and Eve." Thanks for reminding me of such a memorable place!

This put a smile on my face.

I can see why you have won an honorable mention. Tintern Abbey is one of my favorite places. Though I have not been there since 1976. I will never forget its it ethereal beauty. What a treat for me to have found this one today. Thank you. ~Pam

What beauty in such short lines ?????? Hats off to u .. Im truly amazed.. such lovely poems in such short lines.. awe some dear..

Good luck in this contest. I know, i delayed this contest a really lot. Thanks for being patient dear.. Reasons, were simply because, I expected more entries and a few repeated IMs from some poets here, made me extend.. but still their entries dint seem to come.. so, i thot.. id close this one and start another for them.. and let Wordsworths glory go.. I would expect ur entry in the next contest too.. I had meanwhile completed a biography too for this great poet, for oldpoetry.com.. I appreciate the patience u have shown.. and Thanks again for the very special entry.

    Amazing!

Highly enjoyable read. Some haikus are too random but this one really hit the spot. Very well written and thought out, I'm supposing. Or else you were just lucky enough to come up with it immediately.

Ah, I needed this peaceful poem after the discussion I've been the last few minutes. So beautiful - as breathtaking as the picture accompanying it.

    Beautiful work my friend.
