Screams

The Screaming...
 I can't take it anymore!!!
So many voices...
 Voices...of children...
Crying for their mothers that
are lost in the abyss.
Screams of women that are burning
as they try to escape from the flames.
WHY?!?!!?!?! Why do
I have to hear the voices...
the pain...
the sorrow!
My ears are beginning to bleed
from the noise...
I CANNOT CURE IT!
*silence*
-Angel?
-Huh?
-Oh thank goodness, we thought we lost you.
-Um..., what do you mean?
-Hun, you were in a plane accident.
Only one other person survived...but barely.
-But I just heard people screaming...they are still alive.
-No hun, you've been in a coma for three days.
They all died in the crash.

lots of emotion- not as poetic as it might have been, and with no cohesive structure, but powerful, captivating, and well-ended.
