Today

what is today? the time-
the clock was never so alive
animated hands ticking every second
of my life, until it detonates and explodes
like a mini musical...with notes sprinkled upon
every page of music, with choruses singing loud and clear
but I still don't know the day today...I don't know what month or year
I don't know whether to laugh or cry, to be happy or to cry my heart out...

now that it's all over.

Very decisive. You really captured the unclear message of what we percieve of time, feelings, and space. Great depth. You have such personality in a few tailored lines.

    Superb!!!

Ammu, my lil girl, where do you get all these inspirations? Even on a day when you are so disillusioned you come up with a wonderful poem with so much emotion and sorrowful beauty in your words so wonderfully weaved.

Hope all is well with you, lil girl.

Love and blessings from India - Uncle -
