Faces

Complete silence
Room full of people
Everyone screaming
Out comes the evil
Flashes of sound
That no body sees
They fall to the ground
With the taste of a breeze
Dead bodies
With hidden identities
Beg for condemption
As you fall to your knees
The remains are but puzzles
Revealed by a mask
Try to burn the faces
Such a simple task
Falling voices
Kept in a box
Never to be heard
Faces lost in a paradox
They will never be known
To more than themselves
Their souls will be stolen
And disappear on the shelves.
