It's sad to think,
To hear or even listen...
Some ignore the world and drink
Some sigh and ignore debate,
Others stand tall and refuse to sedate!
Countries lost their pride,
Taking down with them the people.
No one is eligible to guide
So we end up weak
Ignore our rights to speak...
No more energy to clean the dust
Vines creep up on the government
This is the end of all trust!
Teach, educate and preach!
Stand up, be proud!
Fight back, don't fear to reach!
I'll ignore your complains!
You have no right to complain!
I will only hear and agree with you
Once you speak your mind, don't retrain!
Don't go after someone else dream!
Be selfish,
People and countries must hold self esteem!

Good write. I can clearly understand what you are speaking about here, which happens to be very true, but I think you need to work on the flow of the piece. Anyways it's just my opinion. Good poem keep up the good work. -
