treacherous

sympathy,
my love,
and five favourite words.
what are yours?

i try to sum you up
and come to nothing but loose
ends,
and smiles.
if i could, you would be my
number one word.

but
all of these moments hang on fine,
silvered threads,
delicious to me,
and fearful,
and winding a treacherous
web.

but
there's a hole in me;
i'm sure you fill it.

The piece weaves a fine web of emotion. The imagery & word choice are superb. Well done!!
