Knowledge Gained

Knowledge gained for those who seek,
for the humble and the meek.
Magic colorize your dreams,
now you see what it all means.
Use it wisely, not with haste,
if you do it will all waste.
Used for love and not for hate,
magic is your lifelong mate.

    Those little splinters that appear now and then, urging us to question what is real after all... The unbelievable moments that set us upon a path we never anticipated. Magic is as good a word as any to label it. All I know is that the more you open your heart, the more often it happens. Simple and sincere; a beautiful poem.

    This was magical indeed and it created a melody as I danced to the words. You really know how to get a point across using very few words, sign of talent indeed. I enjoy each of your works that I read more and more. Thank you for sharing.

    humms a tune..do you believe in magic..in a young girls heart..dodododo..oh sorry - got a little off track there..eh hem - anywhoo - I really liked this poem - it was short but made a great impact - I too believe in magic - I believe that we all posess something greater than what we know - I believe that we ourselves are the "higher power" well done - great write! Keep up the good work!!

    The knowledge gained is indeed Magic, as that was the theme for my poem, but as with many of my poems it's flexible, and can be used in other circumstances aswell... Thanks for the comments!

    Your gained knowledge is "Magic"? It's true, when you start studying things you will understand that there are so many lovely and interesting things (happening) in this world. But you have to open yourself up for it. Great poem. I loved it.
