Paradise Found

Missing image
Rushing water cascading down
into the  lush valley down below
forming ripples of crystal beads
falling gently from leaves of aloe.

A tropical oasis of colorful beauty
bestowed upon these eyes
lost for the moment in paradise
dreaming on the isle of Molokai

The turquoise sea beckons to me
the horizon seems so very near
the sun is setting in the west
as the evening shadows appear

Purple clouds  bring on twilight.
as the moon rises out of the bay
whispers of jasmine are calling
as white orchids bloom in array.

God's beauty could not hold you
my  broken heart sinks each day
you are on some distant shore
so many many miles away

I am alone here in my little Eden
with nothing left for me to believe
Paradise was never meant for one
that is why God created Eve.

The mist of the water falling
mingles with  tears in my eyes
I stand here on my paradise lost
there is no beauty when love dies

The last sentence really rings, like an echo that sinks deep in a train of thaught. Awesome job on this one. Your always looking for beauty and the Lord no matter what the situation. I'm not too much a fan of the movie though.

This is the part were u had me , thats the prt that i identify the most with. Paradise should be for two not just one person cuz then it wouldbe so boring. As always loved it all the way , easy to read and ha s alovely flow.

lots of hugs and kisses GND
