The way

Going
to nowhere
the truth
can be found.
To be
lonely
on the road
is not
a curse.

An interesting write. Short and sweet. The road we travel in life is never a lonely one, God is always there to guide us...Scott

    "To be
    lonely
    on the road"

I feel "alone" would work better than "lonely".

My motto on here (seen on my author page) is that "I'm on the road less traveled".

A nice short piece that you have written here.

Wondering the reasons why this poem was written? It's from war time in my country and time of some personal tragedies. I believe our life experiences are similar, just in different places, different styles of poems, but it doesn't really matter.

So simple, so few words but rhythmical. And makes you read it more than once and think. I agree with Poetic-Soldier it's like a proverb. It also sounds like a proverb. It makes the reader wonder also about the life of the poet and what led to this thought being written down. I like the first part: "Going
    to nowhere
    the truth
    can be found."
Somehow that is comforting. You feel less guilty about being a bit footloose and directionless in life. Well, that's effect had on me. Comforted me.

very good, it sounds more like a saying than a poem, though
