A Special Day For A Special Son

Happy Birthday Brian

I remember the day you were born,
it seems like it was only yesterday
today you are a grown man my son
the day of your birth seems far away.

God sent me a special blessing
you were my little bundle of joy
thank you Lord for sending me
the sweetest little baby boy.

Brian you filled my life with love
from the moment I heard the news
you give me many sweet memories
like your first little baby shoes.

My love for you is never ending
I loved you even through our tears
The bond we have as mom and son
grows stronger each and every year.

I am so happy you are my dear son
know I shall always be here for you
so on this day I send you my love
and wish happiness always for you.

My dear son Brian. This day is so special to my heart. I remember it like it was yesterday. I remember the tears of happiness your father and I cried that day. Our love has become stronger over the years. Even through the sad times my love was neverending. I was always there for you Brian and I will always love you with all my heart.     Thank you my sweet youngest son. I really enjoyed your comment. It was heartfelt and made me laugh at the same time. You are always like that. That is why you are so special. I truly have in my heart as much love for you asd I do Brian. It is so amazing how that happened. I think sometimes that is why I get insecure about it all. I give you my heart as my son and I ask you to never break it as my other three children did over the years from time to time. When you love your children you love them no matter what they may do.. That is how I love you son.

    Wow Sandy!! What a beautiful poem you have written here. So special to have a mom like this. My My, if this doesn't bring tears to his eyes, I'm gonna have to come kick him where it counts just to make him cry.. j/k Anyways, this was very sweet and passionate. I loved it. I don't remember my first pair of baby shoes, Hmm.. I wonder if I can even fit my big toe in them now... I'll have to try that some day. That way I can buy ten pairs of them for each toe and where ten shoes at the same time Anyways, this was so precious and I loved every line of this!! You are a very special mom and a very talented writer and I love you with all my heart.. You are my very special mom!! God Bless You!!
