An Ode To You

My love for you is greater than you will ever know
When you can see me love you
My affection then will show.

The affect you have on me
Is greater than the moon has on the seas
My heart became a padlocked door
And you have found the keys.

You're sweet, smart, and beautiful
Everything I wasn't
Your lovely voice is in my head
The sound in my head haunts.

I'm yours for always, everyday
I hope that you can see
The love I have for you my dear
Your image lies in me.

An ode to you, I will be true
I'll care for you if you do too
To even choose one over you
Would make me but a fool.

    This is sweet, but i'm wrestiling with myself as to weather or not the simplicity benefits it or not. I think I will perhaps go and read one of your other poems, because I can see potential here bursting to get out.

    This is very sweet....AWWW. Well hopefully this is about someone you are dating and if not you should be...lol. Nice poem though...I enjoyed it. Keep up the great writes.
