Wicked witch of self-hatred

Falling from the skies
Wrapped in silk and gold
Lovely stories are told
Brown slender appendage extended
Taking grasp peach slender appendage
Into a grasp eternally held
Brought from Hell to Earth
Dirt and soot cannot hurt
Sadness carried in a Hurst
Bringing life to a smile once more
Daniels brown eyes glow with light
His warm smiles once more there
I have brought him to his light

Hold him high upon the pole
