Rain falls from above
The sky weeps for Earth's sorrow
Let the flood come down

    syllabic

ok now - can rain fall from below? does the sky really cry? does the earth feel sorrow?

your concepts are a little too abstract & poetic for the haiku form. there is more to it than the 17 syllable structure you have adhered to here...
