In The Still Of Night

When darkness falls,
And the light is spent
When fears come alive
And creatures torment

The light will come
And so will the dark
Their force of nature
Will tear them apart

Since light and dark
Cannot survive
They will come
And keep both alive

One from the dark
The other from light
The answers will come
In the still of night

    I liked this. You have a great sense of rythm. In free-verse that can be hard to find but you have it here. I like how it almost sounds like some kind of fantastical prophecy of something to come. Something from a movie lol. Especially the last verse. Nice job with this piece. God bless and keep writing.
