Becoming A Published Author

Missing image
by ~Gregg Rowe~

A word struck by the ink sword
A page burned from a page turned
A page complete without a delete
A word recorded becomes decoded

A book filled, confessions spilled
A book shelved, a story dwelled

Now in a deep sleep I will creep
Into immortality I leap.

Becoming published... I think it's something we all wish for to some degree at least, even if we wont acknowledge it out loud In just a few words you've penned the thoughts of many of us.

    A very cool write, Gregg

    Dear Gregg,
Very adroit internal rhyming which is a good example of your
"Inspiration and concentration" which leads me to hope that
    "ability will survive senility".
    Well done! Applause.
    Regards, happy writing.
    Hugh.

You give hope and encouragement to those who read this. I love the last line for that is what we all strive for in one way or another through our penned emotions. Beautifully said.

Now that I would love to see, your works published into a book, just as I would love to see Hughs published.
