A Literary Addict

Missing image
by ~Gregg Rowe~

I jumped and I waddled
Straddled and stroddled:
I went and I came --
I explored and I fell,
I searched and I found:
I saw and I conquered --
Now I am ready
To test my wit;
Learning new words --
A true literary addict!

    This really was very cute Gregg LOL. And I can completely relate; discovering new words is an incredible pass time, I think. It's so easy to get excited about being able to put something you've just learned into a poem. Great work, my dear ...and neeeever stop writing

    There are far worse addictions than improving ones vocabulary. I thought this was cute and whimsical in the reading, yet true and meaningful in the translation.

    Maybe it's because I haven't learned any new words yet...

    Passable not humorous

    Showing your addiction to new words would have been nice instead of trite old bits
