Attention

I put on my make up and did my hair
I get dressed up just to see if you care
Did you even notice that I was there
Did i even capture just one stare

Your eyes used to light up when I walked in
My heart was something you wanted to win
But now does it feel like it is a sin
Or is your love just locked within

When I am there do you even notice me
Or is our love a cage do you want set free
Why is it always so hard for you to see
A little time and affection is what I need

I try to do little things to show love to you
Like make your coffie or wear baby blue
Or buy an outfit do you notice it is new
Where is our love that was so true

I put on my make up and did my hair

You didn't even notice that I was there
