Who am I?
I’m the guy that’s always there
Always there with a shoulder to cry on
Willing to help anytime
I’m the guy that’s easy to talk to
Always listening, offering advice
Always there to lend a hand
There to help no matter what
People come, ask for help
When the problem is gone
So are they
My use is done until the next time
There always is a next time
It never stops
I’m everyone’s friend when the problem arises
But thrown to the side when its fixed

Just sad that some people take advantage of you.
You deserve more, coz ppl like you who always there for others shud get guds stuff in return

oh man. i don't know how to feel after reading this. at first i was like, awww...what a sweet guy to have as a friend. then i was thinking...how sad that everyone uses him. and then i thought...wow. he can't help but help people. what a rare quality to find. and at the end i felt sad because you're alone in the end until the next person comes along. sigh. so you took me through a lot of emotions. but i think you've answered the question in your title well. you're one of those people that anyone can turn to because you love to help others. and as a result, you sometimes get taken advantage of. but, for you, it's worth it. i don't know you, but i'm glad that you are such a good friend to others, and i hope that very soon, they will come to appreciate you for the person you are. this is a good poem. glad i read it. keep writing and take care!
