Not even Noah’s Arc and his menagerie could brave waters like these.
The inadvertent pain that caused my tears to swarm my eyes like bees.
The tears that trickle down my face
Serve as gently reminders of your grace,
Your beauty and love that eventually caused
the ache
the burn
the pain
the sting
the tear
and part
of the heart.
My tears fall like rain creating me own flood of pain.
Be thankful Noah that you aren’t riding this one out,
At least you got a rainbow after your downpour.
Author notes
My tears are falling like rain, but saddly there will be no rainbow afterwords to cheer me up.

Hey you!
I feel like writing tonight, but I don't yet have the words. So I decided to do some reading instead. After hours of checking out poetry by my other favorites, I stumbled across this little masterpiece...and I do mean that this is quite the work of art, in my opinion. It makes me sad to see such heartache!!! But at the same time, there's something so lovely about it...maybe the fact that it really gets deep, not like other emotions that only float on the surface. And it changes people. Sometimes it makes them stronger or more appreciative of what they've got; they learn something from it. But anyways, I loved the imagery in your writing, as always, and the way it's laid out on the page. And, Josh, there's such TRUTH to it! But I hope you find your rainbow and I hope your pain goes away.
It hurts to lose someone you love. Sometimes they're the only reason you get out of bed. But wasn't it beautiful, what you felt for that person? You should never forget it, hon, no matter how bad it hurts to remember.
Talk to ya soon, ok? Take care and keep up the excellent writing...I want to read more! -
