I have one fancy I cannot possibly tame,
More tempting than money, men, or fame.
Unbelievably irresistible and creamy,
Leaves my palette watering and dreamy.
It comes in all different delectable flavors,
It satisfies even the biggest chocolate cravers.
It can be piled with any tasty topping,
All of which make your taste-buds zing.
Chocolate, strawberry, or smooth, rich peanut butter,
Dunked in the most velvety fudge makes my heart flutter.
Topped off with some caramel and dollops of whipped cream,
Finished with chewy, gooey candy pieces make it a dream.
Its sweet, cool and subtle texture makes it mouth watering bliss,
A messy, sloppy banana split is a sugary delight I always miss.
Cookies and cream with chunks of Oreo,
Mocha as awakening as a cup of fresh Joe,
English toffee so completely buttery and yummy,
A big hot fudge sundae warming my empty tummy,
Oozing with sauces and chopped nuts galore,
As you can see, Ice cream fuels my inner core.
