By the sounds of moonlight glow
Upon the misty waters flow
Gossamer wings upon their flight
Tiny whispers in the night~
Upon the winds the fairie's glide
Through the forest trees to hide
Upon their eyes for all to see
Beautiful wings, full of glee
Hearts of mischief,eyes that glow
Fairy nights,winds aflow~
Twinkling stardust and eyes that shimmer
Bringing joy and love like glimmers
And when the sun does raise it's head
The little fairie's will fly to bed
They will dream of joy all night
While the moon again makes flight~
And just if you happen to see
a fairy in a tree
Let it sleep upon your grace
While peaceful dreams float above through space
For when the fairy rises in the night
They awaken so sleepily
For the journeys flight~

Now I know for a fact that fairies do exist. However, I wouldn't want to meet one in a darkened alley. Contrary to popular belief, even the small ones are 6'4' and can deck you with one arm. Having said that, they are very gentle...but you don't want to piss one of them off. -

I feel so enchanted again , just like I was a little girl. I love fairys and their mysteriousness. This made my evening. Simply beautiful. And maybe you could help me...i loved your background. Faeries!! I absolutely adore the faeries and your poem pens them so well. You should be sprinkled with a twix of faerie sparkle for writing such a beauty.
