I ponder about my problems
Can't seem to move on
All the dumb things I do
Keep me awake for so long
The only thing that seemed
To matter to me was you
But now you're gone
And, I don't know what to do.
My best friend, you were to me
There through the good and bad
All the things you helped me see
It seems our relationship is coming to an end
This saddens me more than you know
Because without you my friend
I don't know where to go.

I liked the first part, but the end just kind of just dies, no offense to you. I think you might want to look at this again. I also think you need a new stanza after line 6. But that's just my opinion. Thanks for sharing and entering.
