This is very beautiful. I don't know if it's a form or not, but regardless, it sounds very heartfelt and touching. I don't really know what it's like to have true love in my life (and don't think I ever really have), so I can't say that I relate...but I am sure these feelings still reside in the depths of my soul, hopefully to be unearthed by someone deserving one day.
