I want to go to the places
where friends are plentiful,
and enemies are non-existent.
Where all life fits equally
into each other’s styles
and expectations.
Where no lies are spoken,
and all thoughts are pure.
Take me to a place,
where enemies are long gone and
live in a world of peace.
Should there be any doubts,
lift these beyond my reach,
leaving me to get on,
in comfort and joy.
Where colours
are forever iridescent,
pleasurable to my eyes.
Never dark,
but a variety of pastel shades.
There are to be no pains,
or depressions,
only loving and kindness.
No debts of society,
only freedom and pleasure.

"iridescent" and "pastel" are very good words. i don't believe in this happy utopia, but i can relate to your cry. thank you for entering my contest.
-
You really stretched the readers imagination here. Took us to a world where I for one would love to go. I liked how you have written this. Great work.
