Author notes

Terri Schiavo is a brain-damaged woman who is starving to death. Her husband, Michael Schiavo has custody, although he is living with another woman and has children by her. Terri has been hospitalized for 15 years, and her condition has not worsened. People may argue her husband does not want her to suffer, but she is. Her feeding tube has been removed, depriving her of food and water, sice March 18.
She is conscious, but cannot speak for herself. Her parents as well as many others, have fought for her. She has been denied by the supreme court for her feeding tube to be replaced.
She is not on life support.
She cannot speak for herself.
Michael Schiavo has claimed she has said she would never want to live like she does now. There is no proof of this.

She has been denied communion.  


Pray, with all the prayers you can find within your heart. And then pray some more, that she may receive food, and if not that, she may die without pain.

    I am so enraged by what is hapening to her...I can't think of a worse way do die...At least give her a leathel injection or something!

    Dude, I like, can't read it. Try changing the text color.
    Very nice, I really think this entire thing is awful. I mean, can you think of a worse way to die besides it being slow and painful?

    this is a very sad...poem...i've seen the news and it definetly is very sad...am very glad though that people are writing poems...etc.

    I think that is the most horrible thing.. Honestly..If they want to put her out of her misery at least do it quickly..Nobody should ever have to suffer through something like that. My tears go out to her..
