on rippling waters

action haiku's
Don't see too many haiku's with action. Usually they are purely descriptive. Still, I love autumn and I enjoy the feelings this produces. I enjoy walking alone near water. It is especially beautiful in autumn. -
Excellent
Oh my sis, simply precious. Such a beautiful haiku. Best of luck in the contest.

Excellent job! This was so beautiful! I love the picture. Pictures help bring the words to life! (Sorry I'm having fun testing out my preffered membership for the week, so don't mind the bold and italics
) Great write, you keep impressing me!

Susan I love a good Haiku...and a photo haiku is even better. Wonderful photo! I am thinking of becoming a paying member so I can share my photo haiku as well as my drawings. :)

a single
leaf
floating
on rippling water
the image that popped into my head
was soul food for me sis, such a loiving write from
my sweet sis, now before I go to bed,
Dear Heavenly Father,
You told us to be the light to
the world. And Susan is so sick
Let me be her light, let me be
her strentgh, let me be her
shoulders, legs, arms, mind
and soul.
Let me be the one to
bear her pain. Give
her peace, and rest,
Let her place her
silken head upon
your chest, but don't
let her shed the tears.
Bring the tears to me
to shed for her.
Let her experience
the real art of love.
Let your healing
hand touch her heart, soul and mind.
That she will gain
strength through it all.
Amen
Susan I hope you don't mind. I just felt like dishing out
a heartfelt prayer before I went to bed. Now I am left in tears instead, for my love of you as a sister. -
don't touch it!
