Paul spoke to the saints and deacons,
I thank God each time I remember you,
I pray with joy for your partnership,
today and from the beginning too.
I am confident the work God began in you,
will continue and will be completed,
it will carry on till the day of Jesus Christ,
when He returns and evil is defeated.
Yes, It is right for me to feel this way,
for I have all of you in my heart,
whether in chains or defending the gospel,
in God's grace you all share a part.
God can testify how much I long for you,
with the true affection of Jesus Christ,
My prayer is for your love to abound,
more and more throughout your life.
Abound in knowledge and insight,
so you are able to know what is best,
be pure, blameless and righteous,
through Jesus Christ you will be blessed.
