A Tribute to Kristi

Kristi, I know you can see this
From your home on Heaven's shore
For now you are God's angel
And won't have pain any more

God knew that you were special
And I know that it is true
And now your pain is over
But we will all remember you

Your poems touched the lives of many
For you wrote them from your heart
You had a God given talent
I knew it from the start

I'm glad to have known you
And read your poems, that I adored
But now you can be a muse
From your home on Heaven's shore

Author notes

For those of you who knew Kristi McMillan aka(Kyderbie), her battle has ended and she joined God's Angels on Sunday, March 13th at 2:28 am.  May she rest in peace.

I know how much this would have meant to Kristi, and how much it does mean to Shelly. For both reasons, in addition to being a simply beautiful eulogy, you earn this richly deserved applause.
