Very heart-felt emotion, and so true. We do often hang onto the past long after we should have let it go, but there is a feeling there that just pulls at one's heart strings when you see an ex with someone new, it makes no difference if you are now with someone else too.
Small typo in first verse/stanza: Baby, it tears me up in side.
