Inclusion not Seclusion

If competition in society was to fade away for ever, then so to would cooperation also.

The two should be seen to go together but never be seen to be together.

The competative urges to help each other in times of need, only helps to feed the cooperational urges to be able to offer help to each other in times of need.

How many times have you heard of the Smiths & the Jones' , keeping up with the neighbours - this is the competativness between the two to better each other from the other.

Add to this, either one of the two helping another neighbour less fortunate than themselves, the competition to cooperate would then be flung into overdrive, thus cancelling each other out eventualy.

Author notes

Hmmmm, yep...a tad hard to decipher...LOL! I agree. I see some sense in a few ideas, though. Glad you took time to enter the contest. The "The two should be seen to go together but never be seen to be together." made me think thrice. Interesting and captivating choice of words.
