God was working on His plan,
as Charles came into my life,
his devotion to God was apparent,
telling of his heartache and strife.
God knew I might still stumble,
his poems are full of God's love,
love for God touched my heart,
God worked His will from above.
Brought together through poetry,
God knew we'd be close friends,
I am blessed to share God's love,
like a willow our friendship bends.
As we praise our Lord together,
the Holy Spirit rises from within,
we both encourage each other,
to refuse temptation and sin.
God will be first in our hearts,
He comes first above everyone,
Our friendship is bonded in faith,
and in the power of God's only son.
God's love bonded our friendship,
he is etched in my heart for eternity,
God blessed Onfire4Jesus and me
when He gave us the gift of poetry.

For God brings so many
people into our lives
We like to call them friends
who are honest and don't tell lies
For I met a wonderful friend
and I am blessed to know
That she loves Jesus and
wants her love for Him to Show
Sandy Gram is her name
and oh what a friend is she
Her love for Jesus never fades
and she wants the world to see
For God has brought us closer
through the love He's given us
And I pray for her everyday and
it is a pleasure to have her trust
She smiles so much and
brings such joy to others
She values friends so closely
as that of a sister and brother
So thank you Sandy for
being a friend to me
And together we can pray
and give Jesus, sweet victory

Charles (Onfire4Jesus) and I wrote this together to show how God's love can bring strangers together and have them become close friends because of their deeply felt love for God that they share.I am so blessed to have met this wonderful young Christian friend.
